If the product did not meet your expectations for one reason or another, we provide 60 days grace period for to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange.

If you were satisfied with the quality of the product and the buying experience, but chose the wrong item, we provide 60 days grace period for to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange for a product of equal value.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 60 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Please allow 14 days for refund, replacement product, or store credit once product is received. 
  • Customer pays for return.
  • Reckless Kelly will pay shipping for any exchanges.
